Meet Susan Paikuli-Stride

Susan Paikuli-Stride is the owner and lead therapist of Paikuli Wellness Center. She was born and raised on a kalo farm in the Hawaiian Islands, where she developed an early appreciation for the healing power of massage therapy. From a young age, she witnessed the meaningful impact massage had on her parents—relieving pain and stress from the demands of daily life. Seeing that transformation firsthand sparked her passion for massage and her desire to help others experience the same relief.

Training & Credentials

Susan completed a 600-hour professional massage therapy program at Hawaii Healing Arts College & Massage Professionals in Kailua, Oʻahu. She successfully passed the Hawaii state licensing exam and later earned her national certification as well as her Colorado massage therapy license.

Treatment Philosophy

Susan is deeply committed to providing intentional, personalized care for every client. Her approach blends the clinical precision of medical and deep tissue techniques with the calming, restorative benefits of Swedish massage, including specialized support for prenatal clients. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the client’s individual needs and goals.

Her work focuses on restorative therapeutic massage designed to reduce muscle guarding, improve mobility, and support lasting functional improvement.

Mission

Her mission at Paikuli Wellness Center is simple: to help clients leave feeling better, moving easier, and more at ease in their bodies.
